Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Handcrafted with Care: Because our candles are handmade in small batches, slight variations may occur. We appreciate your patience as we craft each item with love and precision.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (USA):
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate or calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at additional cost
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or seasonal volume.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the best option for your location and order size.
Order Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us at jaywickcandleco@gmail.com.
In case of lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist but are not liable for lost shipments once marked as delivered.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
